This deeply immersive Reiki session is designed to gently guide you back into balance—emotionally, physically, and energetically. Each session is intuitively led and completely unique, honoring the specific needs of your soul in the moment.

A typical class begins with a brief centering or breathwork session to set intentions, followed by a warm-up sequence of gentle movements to prepare the body. The main flow includes a mix of standing and seated postures, often ending with deep stretches and relaxation in Savasana (corpse pose) for integration and calm.

Tracy is an incredible intuitive and Reiki Master. I really didn’t know how incredible until I dropped in on one of her free online group sessions. Tracy immediately honed in on my low energy which really surprised me given the number of people in the group; I would have expected the combined energy to make things a bit fuzzy. Not so, Tracy was spot on.
I immediately booked a Reiki session with Tracy. Due to living in different Provinces the session was on Zoom and that made no difference.
The session was amazing, aside from the reiki Tracy also did an energy cleanse on my home and guided me with the placement of protection stones.
The energy shift in me was remarkable, my happy, positive energetic self has been restored and the peace, light and love in my home has also been set to rights. Everything feels in balance again.
Of note, within a few days of this session an unexpected opportunity was presented to me and I accepted immediately with all the confidence that I used to have but somehow lost along the way! I am so grateful to Tracy and also to that fortuitous moment that had me drop on her session.
Sometimes we just need a little help and have no idea where to go or in my case the ability to ask for it, having an intuitive know what it is without having to ask, brilliant!! I cannot recommend Tracy enough.
